Lawrence is co-portfolio manager of the Small Cap Value investment portfolio and also conducts equity research in the Consumer Discretionary, Consumer Staples and Technology sectors.  Prior to joining our team in 1994, Lawrence spent several years in laser research and development for industrial and medical applications.  He received a B.S. from the University of Rochester Institute of Optics in 1987 and earned his MBA in Finance and International Management in 1994, also from the University of Rochester.  Outside of work, Lawrence is an avid athlete who enjoys running, cycling, and pretty much any outdoor activity. Lawrence and his wife have four children.
